Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag insists he still trusts Mason Mount in the new season.
Mount joined Old Trafford from Chelsea last summer for around £60million. But has struggled to live up to his potential and has been plagued by injuries. The
25-year-old made just 20 appearances last season, with two injuries ruling him out of 27 games for United.
Mason Mount endured a nightmarish debut season at Old Trafford, missing the majority of it through injury.

“You need certain types in the squad, team players, multifunctional players, definitely he is one of the players who can play in several positions, he will help the team.”
