Liverpool boss Arne Slot is unsure about Joe Gomez injury in Plymouth, who was substituted after 11 minutes.

However, Gomez felt some discomfort during the opening exchanges of the contest and was subsequently replaced by Isaac Mabaya.

Asked for an update on the No.2’s condition, Slot told his post-match press conference: “I am not too sure. I am not too sure if it was the same leg, but I haven’t had time to ask him. It was clear, I think we all know which moment he felt a bit insecure about [it] because he didn’t sprint back fully.

Asked if Joe Gomez’s injury was the same as the one he suffered against West Ham, Slot said:
“I’m not sure if it’s the same side as the one against West Ham. I haven’t had time to ask him. “
It’s clear we know when he doesn’t feel safe because he can’t sprint to his full potential. He said: ‘I’m afraid if I do one more sprint it’s going to go wrong.’ I don’t think it’s a tear. “

The Dutchman also explained his reasoning เล่น UFABET ผ่านมือถือ สะดวกทุกที่ ทุกเวลา for not bringing on Curtis Jones.

“Curtis Jones was on the bench and told me he didn’t think he was fully recovered after training yesterday. “

That allowed more young players to play than we thought before the game, but there was enough quality on the pitch to get a better result.”
